Customers can browse illustrated designs, choose a card that suits the recipient, and add a personal message inside. Selected designs can also feature the recipient’s name or the sender’s photo, while the make-your-own-card tool lets customers create a cover using their own photo, artwork, or a child’s drawing.

Cards are available as printed greetings or digital eCards. Printed cards are mailed to recipients in the United States, with standard shipping priced at $3 per basket. eCards are delivered by email in minutes. Customers can add a QR code linking to a voice message of up to 60 seconds, and use AI writing assistance to refine their greeting. The site also offers free email birthday reminders to help customers remember important dates. Its catalog includes cards for children’s birthdays, new babies, housewarmings, congratulations, sympathy, get-well wishes, and holidays, as well as AI face cards designed to bring the recipient into the cover artwork.
