— Birthing

Birthing by Nature is a birth-preparation and support practice led by Marlene, serving families in Simi Valley, the surrounding Los Angeles and Ventura County areas, and online through Zoom. The business helps expectant parents and partners feel informed, calm, confident, and supported as they prepare to welcome a baby. Its services include Hypnobirthing childbirth classes and birth doula support. Classes offer practical tools for preparing for birth, with an emphasis on trusting the body’s natural ability to give birth. Doula support provides families with heartfelt assistance as they prepare for their birth experience.

Marlene is a certified Hypnobirthing educator and birth doula, as well as a Body Ready Method Pro. For nearly five years, she has helped families prepare for births at home, in hospitals, and at birth centers. As a mother who has experienced birth herself, she brings personal perspective to her work. Birthing by Nature also shares birth stories illustrating how families have used Hypnobirthing techniques. Classes and support are available in person and online.
