About BISE Bannu
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Bannu, established on July 1, 1990, after the bifurcation of BISE Peshawar, plays a crucial role in the educational landscape of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Tasked with controlling, organizing, and regulating education across more than 700 affiliated public and private institutions, BISE Bannu serves the Districts of Bannu and Lakki Marwat, as well as the North Waziristan Agency.
BISE Bannu's objectives include conducting Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) examinations, registering and inspecting educational institutions, and promoting educational excellence through scholarship programs, sports activities, and declamation contests. The Board has evolved over the years, moving to its current facility in Bannu Township, and continues to be a vital institution for enhancing educational standards. With a dedicated staff of 72 personnel, it ensures that students receive quality education and examination services to shape the future of the nation.
