Bishop Spring Lavender Farm LLC

Bishop Spring Lavender Farm LLC is a family-run lavender farm in Central Illinois, rooted in the Hallock family’s generations of agricultural work. The farm’s story began with Rex Hallock, who established a productive family farm in the early 1900s. His son, Alan, later brought decades of crop-farming experience to growing lavender, continuing the family’s connection to the land while creating a new direction for the farm. Set among the Illinois River bluffs, Bishop Spring celebrates the fragrant beauty of lavender and invites visitors to enjoy its peaceful surroundings.

The farm offers lavender products through its online shop, including sachets, lavender essential oil, and lavender mist. Its website also features recipes, a photo gallery, and information about U-pick opportunities and events, helping customers explore ways to enjoy lavender beyond the farm. With a focus on family heritage, farming, and the pleasures of fresh lavender, Bishop Spring Lavender Farm brings together agricultural tradition and a growing range of lavender experiences and products.
