Bison Rentals LLC

Bison Rentals is a family-owned event rental and setup business based in Eufaula, Oklahoma. Serving communities across Oklahoma, as well as parts of North Texas and Western Arkansas, the company helps hosts prepare for weddings, celebrations, community gatherings, and corporate events. Its inventory includes padded folding chairs, round and rectangular tables, tents and canopies, table linens, patio string lighting, PA sound systems, podiums, and a projector, screen, and sound package for outdoor movie nights. Customers can rent individual items or use suggested combinations for gatherings of different sizes, with options for events of up to 250 guests.

Bison Rentals offers more than equipment delivery. The team can help plan quantities and layouts, provide itemized quotes, deliver rentals, set them up, and return for teardown and load-out. Labor-only setup and teardown are also available for customers using equipment from another source. Delivery is quoted according to distance, with service areas including southeast and northeast Oklahoma, the Tulsa and Oklahoma City areas, Fort Smith and the Arkansas River Valley, and Sherman and Denison, Texas. The business emphasizes personal service, clear pricing, and giving hosts more time to enjoy their events.
