Bistronoom is a family-run restaurant in the green surroundings of the Flemish Ardennes, welcoming guests to dine in a picturesque, Normandy-inspired setting. Founded in 1998 by chef Bernard Claessens, the restaurant reflects a passion for cooking that began in his family kitchen and was developed through professional training and experience at established restaurants in Belgium. His son Henri later followed in his footsteps, bringing a new generation’s perspective to the kitchen. Together, they offer a blend of classic dishes and contemporary cuisine, prepared with fresh products and seasonal ingredients.
Bistronoom caters to a range of occasions, from a quick business lunch to a leisurely dinner. In warmer months, guests can also dine on the spacious terrace.
