About Biswagouri
Biswagouri is a charitable trust that aims to empower individuals with autism and other intellectual challenges. Founded in 2009, their flagship project, Bubbles Centre for Autism, provides education and therapeutic support to children with autism. As these children reach the age of 15, Biswagouri recognized the need for a next step in their journey.
This gave birth to Pragati, a skill development center that equips young adults with vocational and life skills, empowering them to lead a life of dignity and value. Biswagouri envisions an inclusive society built on trust, respect, and equality for individuals with autism and intellectual challenges, offering them the opportunity to live the life they choose. Their mission is to enhance and empower individuals through vocational and life skills, creating valued social roles and a sense of self-worth.
With a team of dedicated trustees, including passionate individuals with personal experience in autism, Biswagouri has gained strong credibility in the field. They have collaborated with notable medical institutions and implemented leading-edge curriculum practices, making a significant impact in the lives of individuals with autism
