Bitcoin Colosseum

Bitcoin Colosseum is an independent, community-led Bitcoin conference and event series based in Rome, Italy. It brings together enthusiasts, curious newcomers, builders, and peer-to-peer communities to explore Bitcoin and related technologies, including Lightning, Nostr, Bitchat, Cashu, and Arkade. Rather than relying on a traditional stage-and-audience format, its events emphasize open conversation, real connections, and opportunities to share ideas and projects.

The organization hosts free, in-person gatherings in Rome, with sessions and networking focused on the wider Bitcoin ecosystem. Its community network includes groups and initiatives from across Italy, and its event archive documents earlier meetups and editions. Bitcoin Colosseum also offers online reservations for limited-edition event T-shirts, available for collection in person, and accepts voluntary online donations to help cover venue costs, guests, and future event improvements.
