Recently, we had the opportunity to visit Flere Fugle in Copenhagen, a bakery and pizza haven that has gained recognition by winning the prestigious Byens Bedste prize in 2022. Situated in Copenhagen's Northwest quarter, Flere Fugle has undergone a remarkable transformation, attracting hip restaurants and a bustling crowd.
The bakery itself is located in an old car mechanics' backyard, exuding a raw, New York-inspired vibe. Besides their delectable bread and pizzas, Flere Fugle serves up refreshing BITE Frozen Lemonades and Frozen Cocktails from a slush machine. You can try the Elderflower Lemonade for a refreshing sip or indulge in the Frozen Paloma, made with @empiricalcph, if you're in the mood for a party.
We had a phenomenal experience savoring their world-famous pizza and thirst-quenching frozen lemonades. We highly recommend paying a visit to Flere Fugle. Trust us, it's a definite 10/10 experience that you don't want to miss!
