Launched in 2020 when Qamar moved abroad, the brand focuses on sharing delicious, wholesome recipes inspired by Italian and Swiss traditions, as well as innovative plant-based ideas. The goal is to make healthy eating enjoyable, approachable, and filled with flavor.

At biteXrecipe, every recipe is crafted to inspire both novice and experienced cooks to embrace plant-based ingredients. The blog offers a variety of creative options, from quick and nourishing breakfasts to hearty whole-food dishes that energize the day. Each post encourages readers to discover new flavors and tips that transform traditional meals into exciting culinary experiences. With an emphasis on connection, Qamar aims to create a welcoming space where families and friends can share joy through food.
