Bitmakers is an artificial intelligence company focused on helping businesses improve the way they manage documents and processes. Drawing on more than 25 years of leadership experience across small and medium-sized businesses and multinational companies, the team begins with each organisation’s people, constraints and practical needs to identify where AI can deliver results. Its BrainBox platform connects documents, business rules and existing systems, using AI agents to analyse information and carry out operational tasks, with checks at key stages. The aim is to reduce time spent searching for files, re-entering data and repeating controls, while leaving work that requires experience and judgement to people.

BrainBox offers two solution areas. Contracts supports commercial offers and project economics: PrevenTIVA prepares offers, while EsecuTIVA monitors the financial performance of contracts and projects. Knowledge turns company archives into usable knowledge through InformaTIVA, which finds answers, links sources and creates documents from stored information. The integrated TIVA agent also provides users with real-time assistance and training.
