Bitty & Beau’s Coffee is a specialty coffee company and human rights movement focused on changing how people see people with disabilities. Through its coffee shops, the brand creates welcoming experiences and proudly employs more than 450 people with disabilities nationwide. Customers can visit brick-and-mortar locations or find a Coffee Cruiser, bringing the company’s inclusive mission to communities in different ways.
The company owns and operates a fully automated, eco-friendly roastery with more than one million pounds of annual capacity. Its specialty coffee beans are sourced through an importer with a legacy dating back to 1917. Customers can shop for coffee, bundles and subscriptions, along with branded drinkware, apparel, accessories and children’s products.
Bitty & Beau’s also offers opportunities to support its movement beyond the coffee shop. Organizations can raise funds by selling its coffee, while groups can arrange visits to learn about the company’s mission. The brand provides catering and wholesale services and invites prospective partners to explore franchising.
