Bjerkeset Coaching

Bjerkeset Coaching is a Norwegian endurance-training and personal coaching provider, founded in March 2023. It has helped around 60 people pursue targeted training, supporting athletes from recreational to elite level. The company specializes in endurance sports, including triathlon, running, and cycling, and builds its coaching on scientific principles and physiological testing.

Each athlete receives an individualized training plan shaped by their goals, training history, needs, and circumstances. Coaches provide ongoing guidance and adjust plans as training progresses. Services include monthly one-to-one conversations, weekly plan updates, test-result analysis, and access to answers to questions around the clock. An introductory guidance session with a personal trainer may also be offered to help new clients get started.

Physiological tests are used to assess progress and identify performance factors that can inform future training. Testing is tailored to each athlete’s level and objectives, with packages offering different amounts of testing. The coaching team brings backgrounds in training physiology, professional cycling, triathlon, ultrarunning, nutrition, and strength training for endurance athletes.
