BJJ FREO

BJJ Freo is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school based at The Mill Gym in North Fremantle, Western Australia, welcoming children, adults and families from Fremantle, Perth and surrounding areas. Led by Vinicius, the school offers small, supportive classes designed to make training accessible to beginners and people of all ages, body types and neurotypes. Its approach combines BJJ fundamentals with playful movement, breathwork and awareness of the nervous system, helping students develop confidence, balance and body awareness in a calm, inclusive setting.

Programs include term-based kids’ classes for ages 4–12, beginner-focused adult classes, family training, private coaching and small-group sessions. The school also lists workshops, study buddy and sparring buddy options. Adult classes currently run on Thursdays at 6:00 pm, while children’s groups are scheduled throughout the week and are currently full; families can join the waitlist. Private and small-group coaching, trial sessions, casual drop-ins and term bookings are available, subject to space.
