BJV Kreisgruppe Miesbach is the local Miesbach branch of the Bavarian Hunting Association (Landesjagdverband Bayern e.V.). It provides information and activities for hunters and others interested in hunting, wildlife, and conservation in the region. The group shares current news, event details, and a local shooting schedule, and invites hunters to become members so they can represent their interests collectively.

Its activities include shooting practice, hunting-dog training, tracking and search work, hunting education for those pursuing a hunting licence, and a hunting horn group. The association also publicizes continuing education, nature conservation initiatives, and fawn-rescue work. Its website offers links and information on hunting-related topics, including wildlife diseases, and lists regular Thursday meetings for hunters’ shooting practice and the horn group.

The Kreisgruppe organizes events such as its annual Hubertus celebration and provides contact details for a local radiocesium measurement station. Donations support its work for wildlife, forests, and nature conservation. Through these services and community activities, BJV Kreisgruppe Miesbach connects members and supports hunting and conservation in the area.
