BK HomeCare is an ambulatory nursing service supporting people who wish to live as independently as possible in their own homes. It serves Wolfratshausen, Waakirchen, Geretsried and surrounding areas, bringing together the care teams in Wolfratshausen and Waakirchen since July 1, 2026. The service combines more than 20 years of experience with a young care provider and a team of qualified nursing professionals, care assistants, gerontopsychiatric specialists, wound experts, support workers and household staff.

Its services include basic personal care, help with eating and mobility, and preventive measures. Home-based medical care includes wound care, administering medication and injections, fitting compression stockings, and measuring blood sugar. BK HomeCare also provides statutory care consultations, household support for eligible people from care level 1, and assistance focused on engagement and independence. The company works with all long-term care and health insurers; self-funded additional services are also available. It advises clients and family caregivers on financing and care arrangements, and offers a family app for updates, documents, scheduling, service records and shared shopping lists.
