Black Female Therapists (BFT) is the leading lifestyle and empowerment platform for women of color. Our mission is threefold: to remove the stigma surrounding mental health in the Black community, to provide a platform for Black women and men to find therapists they can relate to, and to support mental health in our community. Created by Licensed Professional Counselor, Amber, BFT aims to make it easier for individuals nationwide to connect with black female therapists and seek the support they need.

We offer a comprehensive directory of therapists, both locally and virtually, making it convenient for anyone to find the right fit. Our platform also features a podcast, 15 Minutes on the Couch, where we provide bite-size advice and guidance on various topics of interest. Additionally, our blog offers a wealth of articles on self-care, mental health, relationships, and more.
