Black Forest BARF

Black Forest BARF is a dog-food retailer based in Salzstetten, a district of Waldachtal, serving customers in the Freudenstadt area. Founded by Angele and Andy, the business grew from their search for a straightforward way to feed their dog Nero a species-appropriate diet. They aim to make BARF feeding less daunting by offering suitable products and personal guidance.

The shop supplies products from regional producer Die Futtermacher, including frozen BARF menus, single-protein options, vegetables and canned food, as well as air-dried food. Frozen products help reduce the need to source fresh meat frequently, while the menus combine meat with vegetables and oils for convenient meal preparation. Customers can choose quantities that suit their needs rather than filling an entire freezer, and the Click & Reserve service offers another way to arrange purchases.

Black Forest BARF presents its range as a practical option for dog owners exploring BARF or seeking variety in their pets’ diets.
