BlackH2oDog Charters

BlackH2oDog Charters LLC offers guided fishing trips on Lake Erie, departing from Lakeside Marblehead, Ohio. Led by Captain David Faller, the charter welcomes anglers of different experience levels and provides instruction, fishing gear, and local knowledge to help guests make the most of their time on the water. Trips target walleye, yellow perch, and smallmouth bass, using techniques such as trolling for walleye and casting for bass.

Guests fish aboard a 25-foot Scout cruiser powered by a 250-horsepower Yamaha engine, with capacity for up to four people. The trip selection includes outings around the Western Basin islands, late-day and sunset fishing, offshore excursions, fall trophy-walleye trips, and options designed for families, children, and beginners. One offering also highlights dog-friendly companionship. Prices listed range from $500 to $700, depending on the trip.

BlackH2oDog Charters provides online booking and trip customization, along with fishing reports, catch photos, reviews, and information about target species and the captain.
