Black Hog Brewing is a brand that embodies the values of food, family, and craft beer. Founded by brothers Jason and Tom Sobocinski, Black Hog Brewing celebrates the Polish/Italian heritage of the Sobocinski family, where food and drink are always at the heart of every gathering. Their love for roasting a pig during special occasions inspired them to start a brewery that encapsulates their passion for family and food.
With the help of Tyler Jones, an old family friend and former brewer at The Portsmouth Brewery, they embarked on a journey to establish Black Hog Brewing in New Haven. Tyler, also known as Lord of the Liquid, brings his expertise as a Chemical Engineering graduate and his brewing experience from some of the finest breweries in the East Coast. Black Hog Brewing offers a range of artisanal craft beers that are brewed with artistry and craftsmanship.
From traditional styles to experimental brews, each pint is crafted with care and precision. They prioritize quality and flavor in every sip, ensuring a memorable experience for beer enthusiasts. Visit Black Hog Brewing's tasting room to indulge in their extensive beer menu and immerse yourself in their unique ambiance.
With their commitment to family, food, and exceptional craft beer, Black Hog Brewing invites you to join them in celebrating life's special moments
