Black Justice Poland (BJP) is a Black-led foundation and coalition working to advance the rights, dignity, and wellbeing of Black, African, and Afro-descendant communities in Poland. It aims to strengthen solidarity and belonging while helping people exercise their civic and human rights and pursue their ambitions. Its approach draws on intersectional feminism, collective action, and a commitment to centering Black women and LGBTQ+ communities.

BJP provides practical support to people settling in Poland, including help accessing legal advice, safe housing, healthcare, education, basic services, and material assistance. Its Direct Support Team responds to people in need, while the annual BJP Scholarship Program supports future Black scholars and professionals. The foundation also develops educational programs on race, racial trauma, and racial justice, and advocates for community rights with the public and relevant stakeholders.

To foster connection, BJP organizes events and activities, including workshops, community gatherings, and cultural programs. Examples include anti-racism training for educators, sessions for parents of mixed-heritage children, entrepreneurship workshops, and queer book and film events.
