Black Rock Rally

Black Rock Rally is an annual gathering for Harley-Davidson motorcycle riders and enthusiasts, bringing participants together for a weekend of riding, social events and celebration. Its eighteenth get-together is planned around the Gonubie Hotel in Gonubie, near East London, where attendees can register, meet fellow riders and enjoy the rally’s party programme. The weekend includes a mass ride along East London’s beachfront, with a refreshment stop, followed by games and activities in the hotel’s open parking area. Participants can also show off their motorcycles, vote for their favourites and attend prize giving and farewell celebrations.

Registration costs R980 per person and includes a rally pack featuring a rally garment and annual metal pin, entry to two party venues with live entertainment, and Friday and Saturday evening meals. The rally also shares information about nearby bed-and-breakfast accommodation and offers assistance to visitors seeking a place to stay. Black Rock Rally is not sponsored by or affiliated with Harley-Davidson; it is an event specifically for the brand’s riders and enthusiasts.
