About Black Snow Comics
Black Snow Comics is an independent comic book brand founded in the late 1990s by friends Michael Balistreri and Alex Siquig, inspired by the film Mystery Men. The brand began with the creation of their first comic book, titled Black Snow, named after its titular superhero. Over the years, Black Snow Comics has evolved from self-publishing web comics and graphic novels to focusing primarily on commissions, art prints, and various freelance artistic projects.
Although Alex has since departed, Michael continues to embody the spirit of the brand, offering custom artwork and collaborations. The name Black Snow serves as a nostalgic tribute to its origins, fueling a potential return to comic storytelling in the future. Fans and patrons can connect with Black Snow Comics through various social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Additionally, merchandise such as prints and apparel can be purchased on prominent online marketplaces like RedBubble and TeePublic, showcasing the distinctive art style and creativity they have to offer
