Blackstar is a renowned brand that has been dedicated to improving knowledge and training in the body piercing industry for the past three decades. However, they are disheartened by the changing attitudes of the Public Health system, which seem to be moving in the opposite direction. The brand focuses on ensuring client safety and has been actively involved in creating protocols for piercing studios since 1993.
In the past, health inspectors aimed to make the world a safer place and worked towards understanding and improving their ability to fulfill their mandate. However, in recent years, there has been a worrying shift amongst health inspectors, with many neglecting their duty to protect the public. This trend, coupled with a decline in basic knowledge and understanding, poses a risk to public safety.
Blackstar, deeply concerned about this erosion of safety, continues to advocate for consistent and stringent safety measures to protect both businesses and the public alike
