Black Star Drum Line, founded in 2008 by accomplished drummer Joey B. Banks, is dedicated to empowering youth through music education, particularly in the percussive arts. With over 600 performances, Black Star has become a vital part of the local cultural landscape, collaborating with notable artists and contributing to events such as "Lifest" and performances with the Milwaukee Bucks as their first junior drum line.
