Blaha is the personal website of Tor Blaha, a master photographer who ran his own photography studio in Bergen for 30 years. The site brings together information about his background, selected photographs and the Trappen Motiveringssenter project, reflecting both his creative work and his long-standing interest in motivation and recovery.
Blaha began working with Trappen Motiveringssenter in 2004. The centre supported people recovering from substance dependence and those returning to life after serving prison sentences. Its activities focused primarily on physical exercise and, in later years, also included a maritime environment. Today, Blaha is retired and enjoys photography and outdoor trips. He also continues to offer motivational conversations to people who want them.
Together with Inga, he was named one of Bergen’s People of the Year in 2011. They are honorary members of Ivareta, and Blaha’s photographs have received awards in Norway and internationally. The website provides access to images and information about his work, with additional photographs available through his PBase gallery.
