Blair West

Blair West is a UK-based executive search and finance recruitment firm partnering with private equity investors and high-growth businesses. The company helps organisations build teams that support their strategic ambitions, combining specialist recruitment expertise with firsthand experience across corporate finance, accountancy, private equity, product, sales and operations.

Its executive search service covers senior leadership appointments, including Non-Executive and Executive Chairs, CEOs, CFOs and other C-suite-minus-one roles across commercial functions, technology and product. Blair West also recruits finance professionals at every level, from transactional and part-qualified roles through to senior leadership, and provides specialist recruitment for accountancy, tax, audit, legal and property professionals.

The firm uses research, market intelligence, company profiles and psychometric insights to identify and assess candidates against each client’s requirements. It aims to build lasting, mutually beneficial placements rather than simply fill vacancies. Blair West also supports candidates with role information, feedback and career guidance throughout the recruitment process, handling personal details confidentially and introducing candidates to employers only with their consent.
