Blakely Violet

Blakely Violet Integrative & Functional Medicine is a virtual nutrition and wellness consulting practice founded by Tiffiany Hepburn and based in Austin, Texas, and the Rocky Mountains. Guided by integrative and functional medicine principles, the practice offers individualized, evidence-informed counseling that considers clients’ goals, circumstances, and the factors that may influence well-being. Services may include nutrition and lifestyle assessments, supplement education, and discussion of existing laboratory findings or personal health-tracking information when appropriate. Counseling can address nutrition, sleep and daily rhythms, stress regulation, movement, and other lifestyle factors, with recommendations tailored to each person’s priorities.

Hepburn holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and Biostatistics and is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine while completing supervised practice toward Certified Nutrition Specialist certification. Nutrition counseling is provided as part of that supervised practice. The company offers no physician services, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment. Consultations are conducted online, with location eligibility and fees discussed before scheduling.
