About Blakeslee Vineyard Estate
Blakeslee Vineyard Estate, formerly known as Quail Hill Vineyard, is a highly regarded brand that offers top-quality Oregon Pinot Noir. Purchased by Bill and Sheila Blakeslee in 2005, this premier vineyard and tasting room is located in the beautiful Chehalem Mountains, just a 20-minute drive from Portland and Sherwood. The 20-acre estate, historically used for filberts and Christmas trees, was converted to Pinot Noir grapes in the late 1990s.
With experienced winemakers like Patricia Green, Robert Brittan, and Jim Sanders, Blakeslee Vineyard Estate crafts exceptional wines. The vineyard sits on a North/South slope, capturing the perfect amount of sunlight, and is farmed sustainably with LIVE Certification. The unique combination of premium clones, Laurelwood soil, and expert winemaking techniques results in distinctive and remarkable wines.
Visitors are invited to the tasting room daily from 11am to 5pm to indulge in these exceptional wines while enjoying the breathtaking view
