Blåklokken

Blåklokken Barnehage is a small, parent-owned early childhood centre in Færvik on Tromøy, set among green, rolling surroundings close to woodland and the sea. It welcomes children aged 0–6 and provides a safe, inclusive environment with familiar adults, attentive care and space for each child to learn and develop. The centre has two age-based departments: Skogstjerna for children aged 0–2, where care, sensory experiences and close relationships are central, and Forglemmegei for ages 2–6, with activities that encourage play, creativity, language and independence.

Learning is woven into everyday play and interaction. Children explore art and different materials, including clay fired in the centre’s own ceramic kiln, and build communication skills through conversation, songs and reading. Outdoor experiences include trips in nearby natural surroundings, with electric bikes available for longer outings. The centre serves three meals each day. Blåklokken offers families information about places and enrolment, and invites enquiries by phone, email or contact form. Its approach emphasises play, friendship, curiosity, creativity and wellbeing.
