Blanloeil Environnement is a locally run landscaping business serving Carquefou, Sainte-Luce-sur-Loire, Thouaré-sur-Loire, La Chapelle-sur-Erdre and eastern Nantes. Led by Samuel Blanloeil, the company emphasizes personal service, clear communication and a relationship of trust, tailoring each job to the client’s needs. Its main services include garden maintenance and hedge trimming, as well as brush clearing to open overgrown paths and improve garden comfort and safety.

For homeowners, the team also provides regular upkeep through annual maintenance contracts, helping keep outdoor spaces in good condition throughout the year while spreading costs across monthly payments. Eligible garden maintenance and hedge-trimming services qualify for a 50% tax credit, and the company can arrange immediate tax-credit payment so customers pay only half the bill when work is completed. Since 2025, Blanloeil Environnement has also offered outdoor maintenance for businesses, local authorities and property managers, including lawn mowing, trimming, weeding and annual contracts.

The company’s aim is to create inviting, peaceful outdoor spaces through dependable, professional care
