Tierarztpraxis BlauPfote GmbH

Tierarztpraxis BlauPfote is a mobile veterinary practice serving Leipzig and the Leipziger Neuseenland. Led by veterinarian Dr. med.

vet. Susanne Saage, the practice brings care to pets at home, offering a personal, considered alternative to a conventional clinic visit. Home appointments can reduce transport stress and are especially helpful for cats, anxious or large animals, and owners who have difficulty travelling.

The practice cares for dogs, cats and other pets, with services including routine health checks, general veterinary care, vaccinations, parasite prevention, wound treatment, laboratory testing, and diagnosis and treatment of acute or chronic conditions. Owners can also request advice on feeding and husbandry, as well as telephone or video consultations when a home visit may not be necessary. BlauPfote provides compassionate support for end-of-life care at home and follow-up care after referral.

Procedures requiring hospital equipment, such as major surgery, advanced imaging, complex dental treatment or intensive inpatient care, are referred to partner practices and clinics
