Blaze Taxidermy is an award-winning wildlife studio in downtown Bellbrook, southeast of Dayton, Ohio. The shop continues a tradition of quality taxidermy work previously carried on by Master Taxidermist Steve Jones of Miami Valley Taxidermy. Its focus is creating realistic, lifelike mounts, with quality and realism guiding the choice of methods and materials.
Blaze Taxidermy specializes in whitetail deer shoulder mounts and European mounts, and also accepts other antlered big game. For the 2026–27 hunting season, the studio is accepting deer and other antlered big game only. It is CWD Certified through the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and can assist with out-of-state deer.
Turnaround times vary according to workload, but whitetail deer projects typically take six months to one year. Customers are encouraged to contact the studio to discuss a project and its requirements. Blaze Taxidermy is located at 13 S.
