BLEEP is a distributed execution environment developing a post-quantum blockchain network, described as a “Quantum Trust Network.” Designed with quantum-resistant cryptography from its inception, the project uses SPHINCS+ signatures and Kyber-1024 key encapsulation, aligned with NIST standards FIPS 205 and FIPS 203. Its stated goal is to avoid reliance on classical cryptographic primitives for sensitive operations.
A defining feature is the use of Winterfell STARK validity proofs: each proposed block carries a proof that validators can verify independently, rather than relying only on voting. BLEEP’s architecture includes consensus and scheduling, state storage and indexing, a seven-tier virtual machine, intent-based execution, peer-to-peer networking, cross-chain interoperability, and tokenomics and governance components. The project also describes a proof pipeline, wallet and cryptography libraries, a fee market, and a bridge system.
BLEEP reports a maximum supply of 200 million tokens and constitutional parameters enforced in its Rust codebase. Its roadmap places the public testnet in progress, with a mainnet candidate and ecosystem expansion planned.
