Blije Bordjes is the practice of Liande, a certified child nutrition coach serving families in Amsterdam, Weesp and surrounding areas. Drawing on her training at Better Health Academy, personal experience as a mother and knowledge of orthopedagogy, Liande helps parents understand picky eating and make mealtimes calmer and more enjoyable. Her coaching considers children’s eating behaviour, family dynamics and individual needs, rather than focusing only on nutrients.
Support may address topics such as allergies, gut health, eczema, energy and everyday food choices. Liande offers a free, no-obligation 15-minute introductory call, the Blije Bordjes Check, and a more extensive coaching programme.
