BLIK BLIK is a Plzeň-based festival of light and art in public spaces, organised by DEPO2015. Bringing together Czech and international artists, it transforms city streets, buildings and cultural venues into an open-air showcase of light installations, projections and interactive experiences. The festival’s 2026 edition is its eleventh and features 17 installations, including six indoors, arranged around two main hubs.
Its theme, “Symbiosis,” explores connections between people, the city and nature. The route links the Roudná area with DEPO2015, with key locations including Republic Square, presented as a park of light sculptures, and the courtyard of Plzeň’s city hall, offering an immersive projection experience. At DEPO2015, visitors can encounter FLUX, a monumental interactive installation in the Bus Hall, a video-mapping school on the building’s façade and a special projection created for Plzeň Zoo’s centenary.
The programme also includes works such as Mythos, Moonies, Photosynthesis of the Night and Butterfly Meadow. BLIK BLIK offers festival tickets, route information and a downloadable map for visitors
