Bliss Mama Doula

Bliss Mama Doula & Massage is a Berlin-based perinatal care practice led by Elmi, a certified massage therapist and doula. Elmi provides mindful, evidence-based and nurturing support for individuals and couples throughout pregnancy, birth and the transition into parenthood, tailoring care to each family’s needs and choices.

Services include birth doula support, helping clients prepare for birth and feel reassured and empowered through the experience, and postpartum doula care focused on rest, healing and practical, non-judgemental support for the family. Postpartum offerings also include closing ceremonies and bengkung belly wrapping. Massage therapy is available for pregnancy and motherhood, with sessions personalised to help clients feel nurtured and recharged.
