BLI SSS is an intimate gastronomic restaurant in Cenon, on Bordeaux’s Right Bank, created by Anthony and Isabelle. Rather than offering a traditional menu, the restaurant invites guests into a seasonal dining experience revealed gradually. Its concept combines creative cuisine, discovery, riddles and surprises, with seven enigmas woven into a single story.

Guests choose among three experiences: Découverte at €99, Signature at €144 and Immersion at €169 per person. Each includes microfiltered still or sparkling water, while beverage pairings are served from the second enigma onward. The experience is designed as a complete whole, so vegetarian, vegan and children’s menus are not available; guests with allergies or intolerances are encouraged to contact the restaurant in advance.

With just three tables and a maximum of four guests per booking, BLI SSS emphasizes a personal, carefully paced welcome. Reservations are made online and confirmed through a personal exchange, with a bank-card guarantee rather than an upfront charge.
