Blitz Fitness

Blitz Fitness and Martial Arts is a training centre in Lambeth offering martial arts and fitness programs for adults and children. Its classes combine skill development with opportunities to build confidence, discipline, coordination and physical fitness. Adult martial arts instruction focuses on practical skills and personal development, while kids’ classes welcome both beginners and experienced students seeking to improve their technique, fitness and confidence. For broader conditioning, coach-led group fitness sessions work on strength, conditioning and mobility. Students can also choose private training, with personalized instruction shaped around their goals, experience and availability.

The centre is led by Coach Mohamed Elniwairi, who emphasizes quality instruction, personal development and a supportive training environment. Blitz aims to help students develop their skills, challenge themselves and feel confident as they progress in martial arts. New visitors can book a free introduction to explore the programs. Blitz also operates an online shop with training gear and accessories, including adult and kids’ boxing gloves, shin guards, Rival boxing hand wraps and Champion Wipes glove deodorizer.
