Blizzard Sports Academy

Blizzard Sports Academy is a Big SNOW-authorized ski and snowboard instruction partner based at American Dream in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The academy offers year-round indoor lessons on Big SNOW’s slope, with instruction available in English and Chinese for students ages four through adulthood. Its PSIA-AASI-certified coaches tailor lessons to each participant’s age, ability and goals, using a patient, safety-first approach for beginners and more experienced riders alike.

Programs include private coaching, adult beginner and intermediate group classes, and summer camps for children ages four to six and seven to twelve. Private lessons offer flexible scheduling, with a 12-hour lesson package available. Outside the snow season, the academy also offers electric hydrofoil, or eFoil, instruction. Lessons take place at Big SNOW American Dream, which maintains indoor snow conditions throughout the year. Students should arrive 30 minutes early to prepare. Slope access and equipment rentals are separate from lesson fees, with rentals and tickets available through the academy’s ticket store.
