About BlockBlueLight
BlockBlueLight is a premium brand based in Sydney, New South Wales, that specializes in blue and artificial light blocking products. Founded in 2016 by Daniel Ebbett, BlockBlueLight was born out of his personal struggle with chronic insomnia, eye strain, and migraines. Despite trying various remedies, Daniel's health continued to decline, leading him to feel helpless and frustrated.
With a determination to find a solution, Daniel conducted his own research and discovered the strong connection between light, particularly blue light, and its impact on sleep patterns and melatonin secretion. He also uncovered the detrimental effects of chronic exposure to artificial light on eye health. Realizing that his health issues were likely caused by over-exposure to artificial light, Daniel turned to blue light blocking glasses as a potential solution.
Dissatisfied with the cheap options available online, he decided to create his own line of high-quality, research-backed products that are effective in improving health and well-being.
