It helps growers and field teams connect photos, readings, paperwork and observations with the right location, creating a dated timeline for each block. Users can take photos with the camera they already use, then file them with the date, place and person responsible. Brix readings, crop counts, scouting walks, spray records, delivery dockets and shelf prices can also be recorded alongside them.

Built for use in the field, BlockM8 features large controls and readable text for bright, outdoor conditions. Work can continue without a signal, with saved information sent later. The service keeps records attributed and unchanged rather than interpreting or judging them. Users control how information is shared: they can send a copy, invite team members or provide a viewing pass that can be opened without an app. Team access and passes can be revoked, while recipients retain copies they have received.
