The fruit used in the gin is sourced locally from growing partners in the Western Cape of South Africa. Using a contemporary London Dry-style distillation process, the gin combines 10 botanicals through maceration and vapour infusion, resulting in a premium and small batch gin that is synonymous with quality and consistency. The blend includes Juniper, Blood Orange, Orange Peel, Grains of Paradise, Coriander, Cassia bark, Nutmeg, Liquorice Root, Angelica Root, and Cardamom.
