Bushido Ken Blésois is a martial arts club based in Blois, France, offering instruction for children, teenagers, and adults from beginner to advanced levels. Led by René Huin, a sixth-dan karate instructor with decades of teaching experience, the club welcomes members of all backgrounds and supports both recreational practice and competition. Its program covers traditional Shotokan Karate-Do, Okinawan Ryu Kyu Kobudo, and karate-based self-defense.
Students develop foundational techniques, forms, sparring skills, fitness, concentration, confidence, discipline, and respect. Kobudo classes introduce traditional weapons, including the bo and sai, while self-defense sessions focus on practical skills for challenging situations. Training takes place three times a week at the Dojo de la Quinière and/or Gymnase Foch Cabochon, with a separate adapted class for children aged five to six.
New members can try two weeks of training in jogging clothes before enrolling. The club is affiliated with the French Karate Federation and/or FEKAMT and is supported by a broad team of black-belt instructors
