BLOOM

BLOOM by Ana Gasent is a multidisciplinary clinic focused on physiotherapy, pelvic health, maternity care and overall wellbeing. Its approach is personal and holistic, combining professional guidance with clear information to help people understand their bodies and make informed choices throughout their care. The team supports women and babies during maternity, as well as clients seeking help with other health and movement concerns.

Services include specialist pelvic floor physiotherapy for urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum care, birth preparation, abdominal separation and scar treatment. Sessions may combine manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, biofeedback, electrotherapy and diathermy. BLOOM also offers therapeutic Pilates, including floor exercises and Evo-T Springboard equipment, to improve posture, balance and physical function, and to support injury prevention and recovery. Its Sleep Unit provides a dedicated space for relaxation and wellbeing, addressing sleep difficulties that may be associated with stress, anxiety or other health conditions. The clinic’s nature-inspired facilities and attentive, multidisciplinary team are designed to create a welcoming setting for individualized care.
