Bloomington, IL Parks & Recreation, known as ParksRec, is a municipal recreation provider serving the Bloomington community through a broad range of parks, facilities, programs, and activities. Residents and visitors can browse program guides, register online, reserve facilities, and find information about events, fees, and recreation assistance.
