Blossoms by Angelica is a renowned brand in Chicago, IL, offering a unique and artistic approach to dessert-making. Specializing in gelatin art products and gubia needles, Blossoms by Angelica allows you to create edible masterpieces that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. Gelatin artistry, as Gelatin Artist Angelica likes to call it, involves using clear gelatin made from beef or pork, or a vegetarian version made from konjac root, to create beautiful and intricate designs.

Think of it as painting in three dimensions, but instead of a brush, you use a special tool called Gubia-Needles. The result is a 100% edible dessert bursting with flavor, sweetness, and a tantalizing citrus twist. Angelica, the talented artist behind Blossoms by Angelica, combines her Mexican roots, American upbringing, and passion for nature, history, and culinary arts to create these mesmerizing gelatin art pieces.

As an accomplished instructor, she not only creates surrealistic gelatin art but also offers classes and markets her own product line to help others embark on this delightful culinary journey. With over a decade of experience, Blossoms by Angelica has gained worldwide recognition and has shipped its products to various countries across the globe. Angelica has been featured in prominent publications and even appeared on national TV shows, showcasing her extraordinary talent and dedication to her craft.
