BLUE HOUSE FARM

Blue House Farm is a poultry farm in Fletcher, North Carolina, just south of Asheville, raising chickens, ducks, and geese on large pastures. The farm describes its approach as as natural as possible and offers birds and hatching eggs for backyard keepers and other poultry enthusiasts. Its products include day-old chicks and ducklings, goslings, started juvenile birds, and fertile hatching eggs. Customers can arrange farm pickup, while hatching eggs from the farm’s own flocks are shipped within the United States.

Blue House Farm focuses its breeding efforts on Swedish Flower and Barnevelder chickens, Welsh Harlequin and Silkie ducks, and Blue and Lavender American geese. It also sources other chicken breeds from reputable hatcheries to provide a wider selection of chicks and started pullets. Quail are available through a separate preorder option. Availability changes regularly, and customers can check current listings, make reservations, and arrange pickup appointments. The farm is NPIP certified and welcomes visitors by appointment.
