Blue Marlins is a swimming club serving swimmers in The Hague and Rotterdam, from recreational participants and beginners to experienced masters and aspiring elite athletes. The club is an officially recognised swimming education centre of the Royal Dutch Swimming Federation (KNZB), and offers tailored training programmes led by professional coaches. Its pathway includes the Swim Academy for children aged 6–11, development and competition groups for young swimmers and adults, masters swimming, open-water swimming, and options for recreational swimming and combining study with training.
Blue Marlins also supports talent development and high-performance swimming, including KNZB training-centre programmes and a guest programme for students. Training takes place at pools in both cities, including 50-metre facilities. Alongside pool sessions, the club offers land-based and strength training to help swimmers develop their abilities and pursue personal goals.
Blue Marlins emphasises health, personal progress, and a welcoming team community. Prospective members can book a free trial training session to explore the club’s programmes and find a suitable group
