Bluebird Leaders is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing and accelerating the role of women in healthcare and information technology. Our mission is to provide women working in these industries with the education, training, and networking opportunities they need to thrive in their careers, regardless of their backgrounds and individual differences. In the traditionally male-dominated healthcare and IT fields, women are underrepresented in leadership positions.

Currently, only 33% of senior leadership positions at U. S. However, the gender gap is starting to narrow as more women aspire to lead and drive change in these industries.
